To apply for a place at North Road Nursery, please contact Reception for an Application Pack consisting of:

• Application Form
• Contract
• Funding Form

Please complete and sign the forms, returning the documents with:

• Your child’s birth certificate
• Utility bill or letter with your name and address (no older than 3 months)
• Registration/Deposit if required
• 2 year old funding voucher (if applicable)

Upon receipt of completed documents, the Nursery Manager will be in touch to confirm settling in sessions and start date.
