Poetry Club
Poetry Club
A fun and creative club which gives pupils opportunities to celebrate the value of language and to develop their spoken language skills as well as other literacy devices. Pupils will be listening to and discussing their views about a wide range of poetry and this will enable them to become analytical readers and thinkers. The outcome of this club is to produce a poem of their own using common features such as rhythm, alliteration, rhyme and figurative language.

The cricket club sessions will start off with warm-up drills and then some quick cricket to get everyone involved. The games will involve quick-paced games to allow everyone to get a chance to bat, bowl and field, every week new skills will be added to practice within the games for students to attempt and improve
Mosaic Club
Mosaic Club
A place for children to develop their creativity through art and design. With a focus on mosaic tiling. students will go through the process of creating a masterpiece by utilising different shapes, sizes and colours.
Maths in Action Club
Maths Club
Dedicated to making maths fun! Children will have a different weekly topic which will explore how maths can be used and applied to real life; improving their confidence and enhancing their maths skills.
Book Club
Book Club
Where the love of reading is shared and enjoyed! Each week, students share their favourite books and stories; reading aloud and in role play. There will also be a hot seat, and other activities, all whilst enjoying a snack and a drink.
