Our annual Diversity Day was a huge hit this year, Alhamdul’illah! The purpose of the day is for our Secondary students to represent a country; researching its customs, traditions, cuisine and culture; and then teaching the younger students from Primary and Nursery about their findings.
This year, we had Morocco, Palestine, Greece, Italy, Jamaica, United Arab Emirates, Mexico, and Turkey. The students had beautiful setups, well thought out activities, and delicious food to match. There was also Palestinian Horses visiting, the creation of a Diverse Hand World display, and a BBQ for lunch.
